I was just thinking that biker Gangs can be very violient, even here in the uk a man got shot by a rival bike gang member. Due to there violence do you think the story is going to involve around them ruling the city for a while ("ala" old type of GTAs) before niko comes along.

For example:

The biker gang are taking over the city but they come up against a few barriers "mafia and other LC gangs" then niko comes along and takes out some of your gang members, but also takes out some of the high end gangs and mafia boss, which makes it easier for the lost to take over. Obviously im assuming that this DLC will have the multiple plot lines and it will read your old save game so it can align the story with the choices you made in nikos story so the same thing happens in the DLC and that will change the missions that are in the dlc that you will have to complete in order to take over LC.

So do you guys think this is going to be a rags to riches story and what do you expect to see?

Its "their" not "there".

On topic: I dont think you will need to fight against Nico or any of his friends. Maybe you will be confronted with certain people.

GTA stories allways involve the maincharacter (you, the player) to be a Onemanarmy. If two of those meet each other (Nico and the guy you play in tLaD) it will become something really strange. I think in tLaD youll just be in the same LC but without Nico. Probably some years earlier or later than Nicos arrival in LC.

I highly doubt it. In the big picture, biker gangs are just pawns for mafias and larger gangs. They're just the dumb muscle hired to do the dirty work, and realistically, bike gangs have never controlled anything.

Actually they have..

im expecting the storyline to lead upto niko arriving and you playing the biker gang instead in the missions that were in nikos game i think there was 2 or 3 in witch niko did undertake missions with/against the lost in gtaiv.

Not really!

I can only speak about the Scandinavian bikers, but they are really feared. Even the Russian Mafia in Moscow, who are considered one of the most brutal mobs in the world are threatened by bikers taking over their business and territory.

Four days ago a couple of Bikers broke in at military base aprox. 25 km. from the Danish capital (where i live) and stole about 200 weapons, mainly machine guns.

so i am thinking along the right lines then! this could be the possible story. i just hope each piece of the DLC has different main characters, because if you play as the lost on the last piece and they end the first piece on a cliffhanger aka Halo2 style then i will be pissed.

Mainly due to the fact that they don't want to. Most biker's just want to ride around on their bikes, listen to the music and just generally be part of the biking culture. There's only a small percentage that are actually involved in crime. For anybody educated on biking and such will know about what I'm talking about and will hopefully back me up on this. Basically the bikers involved in crime are referred to as the 1% and are literally just 1% of all the worlds bikers. 1% basically means that they are segregated from the other 99%. They're a minority that unfortunately give bikers on a whole, a bad name. The Hells Angels for example. The rest of the 99% of bikers do not align themselves with the 1% and do not condone the actions of the 1%. Don't be mislead by TLAD into thinking all bikers are mean bastards looking to crack someones skull open for no apparent reason. The Lost and the AOD are part of that 1%.

Anyway, have you even heard of the Hells Angels? Psh, bikers have never controlled anything. Haha. Not that I condone their actions.

absolutely correct, anyone who rides just does it b/c they enjoy it.there are plenty of MCs around, and they all do diff. stuff, some race, some stunt, and a lot of'em ride around and do fn sh*t.the 1% are all of the white-trash criminals that just happen to like motorcycles,(they were big down here n the south in the 70's-80's what with the whole white-trash thing and all)but i don't think people have a bad view of bikers as a whole.there are dimwits that see a squid doing dumb-sh*t on his zx-14 and think that all people who ride sportbikes are lunatic speedfreaks

,that has'nt caused me any greif, just the same.i don't think tlad will be causing any "profiling" and i absolutely cannot wait for this sh*t to drop.it's going to be awsome inlove.gifinlove.gifinlove.gif

Well since as Johnny robbed two million in cash off of niko and ray boccino I think he will be seeing a lot of that cash dont you?

I would'nt mind a rags to riches in the DLC since as Niko's storyline did not have that.

Also I hope there will be more things to buy with your money.

You also asked do you think the bikers will rule the city?

Well they are obviously not going to since as the mafia in real life rule the city and R* want to keep the game realistic.

So in my opinion they will not take over the city at all.

I dont see the need in spoiler tags tbh..theres nothing to spoil...

OT:I dont think the story will have anything to do with Niko tbh.

I`ve heard Niko will have a cameo role possibly in cut scenes just like Johnny is in IV imo. It would f*ck up the space-time continuum if you had the oportunity to kill him.

I just did "Three Leaf Clover" again and before I exited the bank I shot the sh*t out of Luis as he was lying face down on the floor....Aaaaargh.....I`m falling down a wormhooooooooooooooole
