Roman's free taxi is more useful than calling Kate, who gives you nothing, not even sex. If you go 'Revenge', Kate gets killed, and I cannot care less. Also, in 'Revenge', Pegerino kills Kate and you after him and his mafia family in 'Deal', Dmitri Kills roman and you go after him and his russians.
