tuckchuck Posted January 8, 2009 Share Posted January 8, 2009 from the second safehouse in bohan go 20 paces north, 80 paces west and 3 paces south. enter the subway to the left. go in and stand near the third trash can. wait till it is exactly 00:00 (game time). when the trash can starts shaking, fire 12 rounds at it. on firing the 12th shot ratman will come out of it! also- i wish to thank anuj(moderator) for the help he provided.
