If GTA III never exist now we won't have GTA:SA or GTA:IV. About the upload you can try www.mediafire.com i think. And if you want i can help you because 3 years ago i make a TC on "GTA III Real" (only in my local town and never that was uploaded). Good Luck!!! That one is with russian and I don't understand from where to start to download the pictures pack .
