There is no need to lose muscle, just collect all the oysters (it's much faster than burning off muscle), that makes girls not care about muscle or fat. And it maxes out the lung capacity. Get a Seasparrow helicopter (one spawns by a small pier on the shore just north of the abandoned airstrip) and you'll be able to collect all the oysters in 1 or 2 hours (like I did).
