What he means is that when you don't use the mouse to constantly turn the camera while making turns, the camera turns so slow you don't see what's in front of you for quite some time until the camera is finally behind the vehicle again. The automatic camera turning speed is just WAY too slow. To be honest it would love to see an option that makes the camera completely fixed behind the vehicle, cause I want to see where I'm going without having to hold my mouse and move continuously. The only workaround i found is to configure the button to look behind and after its center the camera but it's not my objectif.
