"Heavy" I guess... if that refers to beer that isn't light or ultralight or any other form of diet drinkery. "German Beer" or Guinness? Neither. Prefer dark stouts and porters and hoppy pale ales, but as far as irish stouts I like Murphy's over Guinness. Scotch or Bourbon? Definitely bourbon, especially Knob Creek or Woodford with a little age. Jah bless Kentucky. Vodka or Rum? Ambivalent, both are great for different occasions. Prefer vodka straight, prefer rum in cocktails. Milky or clear cocktails? Generally clear: Seven and Sevens, Tom Collins, Whiskey Collins, Old Fashioned, Vodka martinis. All are pretty "clear" in that they're not fruity, and don't contain multiple liquors if I take that to be the correct idea. Red wines or white wines? Pinots, dryer Merlots, and Cab Sauvs. (red) Wet/fruity wine or dry wine? In between. Lean towards the dry. Bacardi 151 or Absinthe? Bacardi 151. Gin or Midori? Gin. Sambouca or Jagermeister? Neither. I perfet it simply because there are alot of ways to drink it. Mix it with other things, or just straight shots. . Milky or clear cocktails? Why, clear of course. Although, I do not really enjoy cocktails all that much. Red wines or white wines? Red wine, because it's good 4 the heart. . Wet/fruity wine or dry wine? I like both. Bacardi 151 or Absinthe? 151.
