In San Andreas I used to love cruising around in a hotted up car and stand out of the crowd. It would be very hard to implement, especially when the vehicle damage is so detailed but I don't think it would be impossible. Any thoughts? K^2 Posted January 11, 2009 Share Posted January 11, 2009 Car customization would be nice, but it only makes sense if R* adds a little more emphasis on ownership of a vehicle. I usually don't care if a vehicle I simply stole somewhere to get a ride disappears. In fact, it'd get a bit cluttered if they did not. But it would be nice if the customized cars stayed put even when not parked in a garage. Also, it'd be nice to see some useful upgrades. SA had NOX, which is a good start, but that's pretty much the only thing worth buying if you are looking for utility. How about having upgraded engines? Armor plating? Maybe even bring some spy movie favorites, like forward machine guns, something to leave an oil puddle, maybe even a mine layer. Kinds of things that might be useful when you have half of the cities PD on your tail. Prior to filing a bug against any of my code, please consider this response to common concerns.
