This Post is meant for R* Execs ONLY. And by Execs, I don't mean the losers (Roman-speak) at R* Toronto. Having said that, they are prolly just the lackies who were saddled with the Port and were hog-tied with what they could do.

 

No one else need apply, thanks very muchly.

 

So, back to R* Execs.

 

First of all, let me say, and I'm sure I'm speaking for millions of GTA fans, that GTA IV is the best game ever. The shear content you've put into it is mind-boggling.

 

Personally, I've been a gamer ever since Leisure Larry I (late 1980s) and IMHO, GTA IV surpasses any and all game criteria to date.

 

Having said that, what I really don't understand is your relationship with Microsoft.

 

For starters, Sony's PS3 is far superior to Microsoft's X-Box 360.

 

Yet, you've apparently gotten into bed with Microsoft, vis-a-vis GTA IV, so much so that buyers of GTA IV have to subscribe to Games for Windows Live (rife with hacker BS and Microsoft doing NOTHING about it), and (despite your crap DirectInput Patch), still having to buy a X-Box gamepad if they want ANY kind of Vehicle control (helloooo, the essence of GTA?)

 

POINT BLANK, what I'm asking you, R* Execs, what do you see as the future of Gaming?

 

On the one hand, you've got a huge market for Console content, albeit, very young people who cannot legally drive cars, have sex, buy liqueur, or even buy the games that you produce...

 

On the other hand, you have a huge market of PC GAMERS who (up til GTA IV, have worshiped you, myself included).

 

Okies, I suppose what I'm saying is that, with the GTA series, if you feel that you're going to get a huge $$$ rush from Console sales, okay, cool.

 

JUST DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO MADE YOU...THE PC GAMERS!
