Unable to load model

Oh yes, you need to do some work-around I believe, it cannot load models in the latest version, so they need to be loaded by the game, to get around the issue, downgrade to 1.07. :)

 

Actually, it's a bit unstable but you can load models by using CREATE_OBJECT and deleting it afterwards.

? But to create an object, one needs to also load the model ? And I believed the request_model native does not work ? I have GTAIV + TLAD and TBOGT as DLC on 1.0.7.0 and no way I am going to update that one :)

About 75% of the time, CREATE_OBJECT loads the model by itself without using REQUEST_MODEL. I have no idea why, but it works. I used it for old .asi versions of my menu.

Apparently, someone did fix scripthook completely, but nobody knew about it. A friend got the link from FiveM devs, he then gave it to me to test it, and it spawned all cars and player models without any issues whatsoever. GET IT HERE.

 

Edit: EFLC seems to refuse to start for me with the fixed scripthook and snt at the same time.

Edit 2: Yeah, this only appears to work for IV, but not EFLC.

I have tried it already and can report it works. (although i have to use Windows 7 Compatibility mode on GTA4.EXE when using W10)

^ I think sjaak327 uses his own DLC episodes he bought previously for Patch 7, and not by using this method?

I am actually using just that, as my DLC's were from GFWL, and that one does not work anymore :)

 

And I can confirm, I just upgraded to patch 8 and that scripthook seems to work fine, I can spawn objects, vehicles and playermodels without issues. Tested all three games, works fine, excellent.

I keep getting this problem and was wondering if it had been seen by anyone else.

 

I am developing a script and every now and again, everything stops working, my script, Simple Trainer and when I go to the ScriptHook.log, I see the errors shown below. The game isn't that slow to load, so restarting is nothing major but I wondered if there's something I could do to avoid it happening.

 

I am running the game with the -windowed commandline option, because of the fullscreen hangs when you Alt+Tab. I have Cry ENB installed as well but nothing else.

I just updated themonthofjune's 1.0.8.0 scripthook patch for EFLC 1.1.3.0 if anyone's interested (it's 2 seperate dlls for each game version, use one)

tested @sjaak327 trainer and it works, invincibility, teleporting, spawning models, objects, cars

(you could reup your trainer, link in here is not working anymore :( )

How do I make them work?

*If you use those 4 files from the link, it doesn't work
*If you add the old one to them dsound.dll and ScriptHook.dll
it starts working, but loading saves doesn't work, just loading AutoSave.

 

Is there any way to fix this? I'm already really confused, there are no normally working files for mods on any site.

Many have started to pass the Complete version and it is surprising that there is nothing for mods.😔

you need Ultimate asi loader https://github.com/ThirteenAG/Ultimate-ASI-Loader/releases

place the dinput8.dll into root folder

then scripthook.dll into root folder,  aCompleteEditionHook.asi into plugins folder (you have to create it) or into root folder of game too

I dont know if this worked before but as today, May 28, after todays patch (the ones that restores radio stations) It doesnt work.

Im sorry but I guess Im doing something wrong, or getting something wrong. Still doesnt work for me on a fresh install.

 

You say "scripthook.dll" into root folder, but there is no scripthook.dll in the files: AdvancedHook.dll AdvancedHookInit.asi aCompleteEditionHook.asi ScriptHookDotNet.asi

 

Im trying to use it with FusionFix and Im having no luck at all. I would appreciate any help. like exactly which file goes in what folder. And again, there is no "Scripthook.dll".

 

I have "AdvancedHook.dll AdvancedHookInit.asi aCompleteEditionHook.asi ScriptHookDotNet.asi" and "GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix.ini GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix.asi"
