I would suggest e8400, its very good for the price. with such cpu, bad on cache, you will stick around 15-25 fps at best. If that's the E7300, what FPS can I expect with the E8400? juscal
Ok, I might be getting the Q6600 actually. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/390459-will-this-rig-work-and-how-many-fps-can-i-expect/#findComment-1058850182 Share on other sites
Drag_Drift
Change the processor. Get a Q6600, throw in an extra fan or heatsink, overclock it to 3+Ghz. You'll be getting 50+ fps. OabAli
Maybe better than the Q6600. I've got a similar Q8200 (2.33 Ghz), and OCing it (even to 2.4 Ghz) would freeze the game... Oh, while running in 1024x768, avg FPS is around 20 - 30, but certain areas and situations can go as low as 14 FPS. Texture Quality: Med Render Quality: High View Distance: 30 Detail Distance: 35 Traffic Density: 25 Shadow Density: 2 Edited January 6, 2009 by OabAli Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/390459-will-this-rig-work-and-how-many-fps-can-i-expect/#findComment-1058850360 Share on other sites
