REALLY powerful gun

I do alot of weapon modding. Like with EPISODIC_1 and stuff. So recently I was grand easton station, and in the alley behind a garbage can is a HK416/M4/Carbine Rifle. So I pick it up, replacing my current HK416, keeping the ammo but dropping the HK416 to the ground. For some reason, Niko holds it like an RPG. I fire one round at someones leg and they die. I go full auto and it fires really fast. I put ten rounds into a cars engine block and it catchs fire. Now, I have modded weapons. One that uses the HK416 model, is really powerful, fires fast and is a heavy weapon so should be held like an RPG. Its EPISODIC_1 in my case. So my guess is that this is the EPISODIC_1. But why would that spawn.....? Can anyone confirm my theory, or test it out and see if they have the same heavy weapon? And tell of more of this locations?

According to a weapons pickup map, the M4 spawns there. So there's nothing special about a weapon being there. I think there are problems with which weapon should spawn there.

Try tp pickup the gun yourself. I edited my EPISODIC_1 to fire slower and not be held like an RPG. No change. So I up the damage and mag size, gonna test it now.
