simkas Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 I know that many people wanted some kind of police uniform for Niko, I did too, so I decided to make one: The shirt replaces the silk shirt from Modo, the pants replace the brown fatigues in that russian shop. Wear whatever shoes you want with them. Again, the gloves are not included, that's another mod which I'll release some other time. Download link: http://www.sendspace.com/file/6p4eh9 Installation instructions: Open up playerped.rpf (located in Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages) using whatever tool you like (look in the tools section of editing discussion incase you don't know where to get any); Import all the files included in the archive into it; Pretend to be a policeman. I think it's a seperate modelfile I tried using the model that contains all the headgear of the cops, but only that white hat appeared and it was floating behind Niko's head. The only problem i see is the badge on the chest, the model stretches it up and over the shoulder kinda so it distorts it, maybe if it was moved a bit to the right, (it will be left if you are looking at the screenshot or from the front of Niko.) and maybe shrink it a bit, don't make it so long up. Also the belt buckle is a little to much to the right if your looking at Niko from the front. EDIT: Okay, I found it. But very good you didn't do this. For the upper garment I needed to drive to MoDo and for the lower garment I needed to drive to the russian shop... In case you haven't noticed, he's wearing another, long sleeved shirt under that top one and he also has the stetoscope around his neck, which is something that I really doubt any cop would wear.
