7/10, knowing absolutely nothing, I did not expect to hear what I did from a quick glance at the cover art. I thought I was going to get a cheap knock-off of some Grateful Dead wannabes. Instead, I get something that wouldn't sound out of place on a Run The Jewels album. I love being surprised.

8/10. One of those BoC tracks that help you remember the little things in a fading good memory.

9/10 - First time I've heard this song but it's very pleasant for the ears.

9/10, "All Along the Watchtower" was always one of the few Hendrix songs I liked, nonetheless it's one of the most ionic Vietnam era songs.

3/10, really not my thing unfortunately. It just reminded me of a really drawn out 1989 Coca Cola advert. Granted, there's some nice guitar playing in parts but there's nothing here which sets them apart from their contemporaries. I might be way off the mark but you could have told me this was Bon Jovi and I'd have believed you.

4/10, I'm not a lover of Kanye's work around this period. I didn't care for his earlier albums either. I really like Yeezus and The Life Of Pablo though so take from that what you want. I've always found this song (and album) really bloated and over-indulgent. I understand that this is the entire point but it just does nothing for me. I can never decide if he's being sincere or self-depreciating. Maybe he's both.

10/10 - The conga aka tumbadora is one of my favorite drum/percussion instruments. I didn't knew this song but now I love it. Every instrument is well arranged.

Smooth but his voice is a tad too high pitched for me. Also it feels a bit generic, doesn't really stand out. 6/10

6/10, sounds like if Killing Joke and Iron Maiden got drunk in a playground and decided to watch late 80s anime in between recording sessions. That riff is just good fun.

9/10 - Definitely funky, jazzy and rockin'. I know a few songs of the band but I didn't knew this one.

7/10. Nice bit of post Disco soul with some life in it. Maybe too long, but it gets stuck in your head all the same.

Pretty smooth. The chorus sounds good even for the severalth time. Though it feels like it tries to carry the song in the middle of it. Regardless a good track. 8/10

2/10, That's pretty terrible. It sounds like a full-band karaoke version of 80's British metal.

7/10. Good example of Drake being great when he isn't rapping.

5/10, a pleasant enough song but it's not one of their strongest. Their voices during the chorus are great and they harmonise really well, but otherwise it sounds like a song you'd hear pushing a trolley around Matalan.

6/10 - to me, ol' Barry's got a voice like a slice of intense chocolate cake, but this song suffers from the overplay syndrome.

7/10. Cool aesthetics in the video, I admittedly never heard that song before, and I'm pretty familiar with his discography. Must dig deeper.

6/10. It sounds like a squarely 70's song but also sounds rather forgettable like one of those that plays in the background at the grocery store.

Ahh, the Burnout 3: Takedown memories come flooding back. The best arcade racer, with one of the best soundtracks EA has ever collated, IMHO. 9/10.

8/10 - Very nice and popular song from the 90's which was used from season two until the entire 11 seasons of the show. The first season (1989-1990) had another theme entitled "Save Me" by Peter Cetera.

9/10. Almost perfect 80s pop ballad. I would argue that Time After Time is basically the first major dream pop song.

5/10, nice groove and things are very tight, but I think I'd enjoy it more if he didn't sing. He sounds like somebody singing along to a Black Keys song, and he's doing himself no favours cupping the microphone like that. Stick to the harmonica, and we're golden.

Very weird flute in the beginning. Then it manages to be some nice background music. I guess this gives off some kind of jungle vibes. 6/10

10/10 - Come on it's Herbie Hancock. I believe that he's quite underrated by pop standards. Unless someone would hear his 1983 hit "Rock It" and remember the song but not the title and performer, not many millennial's or x generation would know know this innovative jazz pianist's earlier work. Believe me there's enough for everyone to enjoy.

Oh I've been hijacked.

9/10 - What can I say about this track sung by the late Eric Lynn Wright famously known as his internationally known name Eazy-E. It's genuinely straight up from Compton lifestyle. Produced by NWA's the one and only Dr. Dre and DJ Yella, the whole album is a Rap/Hip Hop classic masterpiece in its own right. IMO, newcomers should take inspiration to the golden classics.

Was gonna say 7.5/10, but the guitar solo earned it half a point. 8/10.
