6/10 Nothing that special to me, but I do respect Wu-Tang's impact on the rap game.

4/10 not a fan of the vocals. Instrumental seems very typical of edm-esque trap.

5/10 - The vocal is boring. Makes me want to fall a sleep but the backing vocal and instrumental is good.

Mister Pink

7/10 Good sound, reminds me of Manchester, Echo & The Bunnymen/The Smiths/Jesus and the Mary Chain.

Bit of irony there rating a funk track with 4/10, then posting a G-funk track by Snoop. I'm pretty sure Snoop was heavily influenced by Rick James :D

Anyway, I'll rate it 8/10. I like Snoop and that's a classic.

7/10 - Nice, nice, nice, really but not as great as the original by Evelyn King the empress of soul.

Yeah the track really lends itself well to a dubby kind of sound. Such great tracks (original and cover) :)  9/10

Melle Mel was one the greatest, especially for the early/mid 80's.

7/10  Haunting is the best word to describe this. Don't think I've listened to a song that felt as chilling tbh. I was expecting it to pick up at some point but it never did, but then that's kind of the charm of the song. The minimalist nature of the track and the vocals give it a surreal effect for me. Only reason I didn't rate it higher is cause these type of songs aren't my favourite but it's quite good. Apparently it's an 80s track too, I guess Vice City and similar themed media made me think of 80s tunes in an entirely different way but this was nice to listen to

I agree and he doesn't get enough credit for what he has done in the past. He helped shape Hip-Hop for future cats that became famous during the golden age of it.

8/10 - Sunny is a sweet Euro-Disco classic

9/10. That's such a great track. Did the Funky 4 use that baseline first? It's O'Jays, For The Love of Money but you know that.

Going to switch it up.

7/10 Quite a groovy tune. The drumming was great throughout. The part from approximately 4:50 onwards really got me going. The build up to that kind of lost me though, felt like they were experimenting with various sounds which I think can be quite stimulating depending on the listener but it didn't catch me. A good tune overall, different from the couple of other Yes songs I've heard(which are also great)

7/10 nice spooky ambient tune, perfect for imagining someone walking through LotR's Mirkwood. A bit soothing too, in a weird way

As a contrast to the above, some britpop

8/10 It's pretty good, has good vocals but I feel like it's missing something. I can't exactly say what. I like the chorus though.

Pretty decent. I actually just came off listening to Megadeth and Slayer, so I think it was a good segue to this track. I don't listen to metal too often but enjoyed this. Amazing solo. 9/10

9/10 Nice quiet storm tune. I dig it.

🔻dood i appreciate the ratings you give for the past few tracks but id appreciate it even more if youd at least put in a few words as to why you hate or like a track

6/10, ominous enough, and I assume it fits the tone of the movie - this'll probably rattle some feathers but I haven't seen Eraserhead and I can't say I care for David Lynch's work. From what I have seen though, this seems to match the mood of the movie. I assume the lady in the radiator is the woman that looks like she's wearing cheese for a mask? It reminds me of something Nurse With Wound would have a hand in.

9/10 i like the juxtaposition between the neo soul ish vocals with the 80s boogie backdrop
