Neat mashup, crazy to think so many people really thought rock music had satanic subliminal messaging. Just sounds so ridiculous, but people believed that. 8/10

The Odyssey

4/10 Didn't like it. I liked a part towards the middle but I don't care much for metal music.

I'm not really familiar with any of them though it turns out to be a good track I guess. 7/10.

Something different from my usual heavy metal playlist, something like rap classics such as 2Pac for example.

I'm not familiar with them actually, though they sound really perfect. 8/10.

As it happens, REALLY strange, using YTMP3 dot Org to convert YT videos to my iPod format, I was going through some classic BOC the other day, didn't get to that track, but it's again from 1981's HEAVY METAL film soundtrack

10/10

Didn't like it that much originally but it really grows on you. I didn't like Pink Floyd's Money either, in the 1970s, but that changed permanently!

haha

Circa 1980 I became a major Floyd fan for life.

Mine is vintage, classic KREATOR from their earliest career, 1984-85

Legacy artists of Thrash Metal

10/10

Mille changed vox style for a short time, but I think the fans provoked (by input to the band) re-exploring a way to revitalize their past with current explorations. A lot of bands struggle with that so they don't get stagnant, but SLAYER is SLAYER because they never try and experiment with their template for metal.

I got an 80s VH1 flashback flashback up next

Channel surfing cable I think I saw that clip at some point. Jazzbo as my friend Tim would say, R and B as well. Revisionist of traditional we see in the pop segment. Correct if wrong.

5.5/10

Not really my scene. Guitars, drum, bass, more to my liking. The guy earlier who critiqued my ZZ TOP Stages video as horrible 'Dad Music'. Showing your immaturity, dude. My comment to you is 'dad's game' is GTA too.! hahaha

Here's original PF influential artists Pink Anderson and Floyd Council in one video presented here... more from both can be found on YouTube

Been meaning to listen to more Django Rienhardt, (sp?) the gypsy guitarist who really influenced many guitarists. Haven't taken the time though.

I always think seeing his name anywhere is a nod to his genius.

6.5/10 (Not my typical music, but that's perhaps a given)

Pink A and Floyd C are the 'obscure bluesman' that Syd Barrett apparently enjoyed enough to chose both their names to define The Pink Floyd Sound, as they were originally called, circa 1966

Classic blasts from the Grunge era I see revived here the past week,

Pearl Jam were always my favorite from the early 90s.

Oh, French didn't see that coming. Gotta love me some French music. 8/10.

From any different angle, I would always love listening to some Queen, and I will always post their songs again and again.

There's an even better band name based on Chevrolet motor cars inspiration, C'Heavy or S'Heavy IIRC ('Schevy')

Been awhile since I heard them though.

I think it's still in the timeline of NuMetal movement though, I grew very disenfranchised at that point.

7/10

Here's another local band who actually made a video for perhaps their most catchy tune, Minnesota 80s Rock

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEKyxkoq_X8

Magnolias is a band that had ties, saw them live, they played a great number of First Avenue gigs it appears, and I saw them at the smaller, adjacent 7th Street Entry (converted eating section to smaller second stage room)
