Soundscape music is somewhat in the genre of New Age, perhaps, and Electronica

I'm not keen on this example of it though. 4.5/10, fair to meddlin' but not memorable

Mine is a classic 70s comedy record, National Lampoon that I was SO FORTUNATE to hear on local radio, I love it, but the music more so then the lyrics that take a bit of a wrong turn comically toward the end, starts out strong though!

This is a parody song based on a circa 1970s Self Help serious version, you should check that out for comparison. I only learned that in the age of the Internet!

Spinal Tap manager Ian is Tony Hendra in real life, and Nigel Tufnel aka Chris Guest made the music, no wonder it's that good! Spinal Tap is the pinnacle of musical comedy, really.

Not sure how you mean that critique, my comment refers to the funny, abstract lines, they don't ring as true towards the end. Either way, Spinal Tap is hilarious so I can't fault the guy/s too much

BS is CLASSIC cornerstone of Metal, so again, can only be one rating on all Sabbath tunes... 11/10! Because this one goes to 11, as they say in Spinal Tap

Remember Bolton? Michael Bolton.

I don't really like what I've heard by Rush. Always I hear this song the Cheetos tiger snorting some lines comes to my mind. Can't deny that Neil Peart is a hella drummer, though. 6/10.

Michael Jackson can wipe the floor with Ladies Love Cool J. but I respect him as an actor (I'm referring to MJ's Bad BTW)

5/10

Here's my TOP fav song for the moment, and might be for awhile, it's a few years old, but the first time I heard it, I loved it.

I get the feeling I posted this already though... I forget.

I know he made the GTA V roster, but rap really ain't in my playlist since you cannot do any better then GTA San Andreas, this is no lie!! hahaha

3/10

There's not much I can get out of it, no offense

Here's more Rock though, Nugent's on AXS tv right now, but this song's on my iPod to enjoy anytime, Ted channels SRV and Jimi Hendrix

Started good, then the vocals started. 4/10

This is one of the few songs from the 70's that I like.

I wish you picked Touch of Gray, everyone likes that track... No Lie. I saw them most recently on the cable music channels, one or two of them. The Grateful Dead movie, which is rather lengthy and I think includes portions of more then one show.

I'm not familiar with this track, doesn't get radio airplay. Members of The Band and Bob Weir played Woodstock 94, that was pretty dang excellent.

I'd say 6.5/10 for this, it's just not their best work.

Here's the extended adult animated cautionary 1985 film soundtrack with Roger Waters (and David Bowie)

Rate the first song, skip to the end for the other (IIRC)

Not really my type of music.

It's alright though 3/10

This is real music

Obviously i'm joking

It's amazingly horrible, but hilarious

Well the singing is horrible, the guitar is pretty cool.

Can't see it from this site, but I am not a fan of the original soundtrack, if it is, I can't say for sure. This one has a very strange feel to it though.

5/10 for Walking Dead, last song when I started a listen. AC/DC scored 9/10 Nearly Automatically!

D. Gilmour to round out a bit O Floyd flashback ..

Simply, you can't go wrong with White Zombie anyway. There's too much classics that band possess even when they broke up. 9/10.

I posted this song some few pages back but I'll never get tired of listening to it. The first song where I made a major headbang.

Didn't get embedded, but I'll say this, always been a JP fan over IM, but I won a ticket to see Bruce perform Tattooed Millionaire way way back when, at the infamous First Avenue niteclub in MPLS.

8/10

You have to honor the forefathers, and in return, I give you Pete and Steve.... 87.... Waysted jamming their take on Chuck Berry!!

^

Pete Way played in UFO, legend of British Hard Rock.

BTW, all the Rock selections above, I'm nearly shocked by the votes being so low on those, I wouldn't put them at all near the bottom, closer to 10 if not 10. Those are songs no one can fault you for if they're in your daily playlist.
