God no, I'd take the English version over the German one, the guy singing sounds quite bad though the music not that bad. I give it a 6/10.

Let's put some CCR...

Creedence Clearwater Revival - Run Through the Jungle

I really like that song, it sounds so mellow to me yet it's obviously about the vietnam war. Still great to listen to every time, 8/10.

The video wasn't available in my country, so I decided to look it up myself, eventually finding an AMV of it. While the video was good, I didn't like the song too much, aside from the chorus "get your rocks off", which gave me a witty chuckle. 6/10

A nice song though not really much that of uplifting I suppose but still its a good one. The music style actually was kinda very fast paced and some lyrics are not understandable very well, but it seems good to hear. 6/10 for this one.

Some of Genesis' classic songs.

Genesis - Duchess

Din't really like it that much, when the voices first came in it became a bit better, but it quickly all became so, well monotone?

Not sure how to explain, haha. Nevertheless, ok song!

5.5/10

Gone Jackals - Legacy wink.gif

5.5/10, too heavy for my taste.

8/10. I prefer the normal version, though Unplugged album has some great songs. Personally, from that album I prefer 'Old Love' smile.gif

Alice Cooper - Love's a Loaded Gun

6/10 - Typical glam rock. I wouldnt mind listening to it in the radio two times a day. Not more than that though.

I don't really much like Lita Ford but this song is cool and seems to be my preference after all. Overall it's a good one especially their vocals. 7/10 for now.

David Bowie and Tina Turner - Tonight

Good old Kanye West. Didn't need to listen the song at all as I always liked his vocals in rapping and my own personal preference after Eminem. 8.5/10 for this one.

One of my favourite pieces from The Black Eyed Peas. One of the most nostalgic, never gets old in listening.

The Black Eyed Peas - Where Is The Love?

My favourite song by the Black Eyed Peas. Nostalgic for me as well man. Love the meaning behind the song too. 10/10

Blue Rodeo - Hasn't hit me yet (1993)

9/10 - Absolutely loved that. The vocals were awesome and so was the happy guitar. I thought that he build up with the drums were awesome around the 2:00 mark too. Great song overall. icon14.gif

Stereophonics - Dakota (2005)

Whoa, didn't actually known that you also use to love DBZ. tounge.gif Well anyway, I have always listened to this one though and is also very nostalgic in nature. It's one of the few DBZ songs that are kinda of rock tune something even though its a Japanese anime. 9.5/10 for this bad boy.

R.E.M. - Man on the Moon

7.5/10 - I love Michael Stipe and I think R.E.M. Makes some awesome music but that wasn't their best in my opinion. The verses were a bit boring but the choruses lightened it up a bit. Good song overall.

Deee-lite - Groove is in the Heart (1990)

Not gonna lie, I thought that was really f*cking annoying. At first. Then it got worse. But still, it has something about it that makes it hard to actually dislike. 7/10. colgate.gif

8/10. I don't really like a lot of southern rock, but that was cool. Had nice flute (I think?) at the beginning too

Sorry...hate to do it. 6/10, but don't take it personally. The Smiths is one of those bands that you would go see because you knew a bunch of chicks were going to be there. I'm not proud but I've seen The Smiths, The Alarm, and The Cure all (a number of times) because I knew some chicks that were going.

Because you mention the flute in The Hippie's, Marshall Tucker Band offering:

8/10. Again, pretty good, and i'm pretty sure i've heard it before too so it seemed nostalgic to me for whatever reason. Flute is always nice

8.5/10 - I loved that, it was very 90's. The Ocala were whiny but I loved them, they matched the music great. Very good track overall, might even listen to it again.

Also, Flute player here! Glad some people appreciate it, I usually get ridiculed for it being a girly instrument but I just love the sound of it. I usually bring up the start of Stairway to Heaven if anyone is ever mean to it. tounge.gif

Limahl - The Neverending Story (1984)
