10/10. no question. the black keys f*cking rule. i discovered "attack and release" and i've been working my way backwards. magic potion is such a kickass record. i can't say enough good things about the BK. i'm still kicking myself for missing their show when they played in oakland a few months ago.

3/10. i don't follow ATB very much, but i find it curious that you say that the album sounds original. it really just sounds like "Don't Stop," which is an old favorite of mine.

 

I think that it's mainly that I may not really dig this sort of electronica (trance? drum and bass? i never know what to call sh*t).

 

 

 

Beck's "Pressure Zone" off of Midnite Vultures. I don't think that an official video was ever made, just some live stuff.

Oh and ATB isn't DnB, I don't know if it's trance techno or what. Most electronic music with a 4/4 beat and fast tempo sounds the same to me.

Deerhoof, good band and Apple O' is a great album by then. I probably would've picked a different song from it, but not much of it on youtube with good quality. This song is slow, but beautiful.
