I'll rate "I Can't Quit You Baby" - 7/10 very reminiscent of their latter works "Since I've Been Loving You" and "Tea For One", just not as musically mature.

Doesn't really matter if it's been posted before. I hadn't heard it before so it's new to me. Anyway, I give the song 8/10. It was pretty damn funky and I liked the lyrics. This is the kind of 80's music that goes down well with me. Good choice, man.

OT: I quite liked that song. 8/10. The vocals and guitar were seriously nice. It may just be my mood but it lacked a bit of energy.

Here's a song that I first learned about from one of the old "What are you listening to right now?" topics 8 or 9 years ago. Eddie Hazel's nearly 10 minute guitar solo has to be one of the most emotionally driven solos I've ever heard.

9/10. I absolutely adore Funkadelic, and while it wasn't my first foray into Bootsy Collins, it was certainly the moment I appreciated him more. He seems tighter playing with this band of musicians than any other. I got excited over recent stuff of his when he released The Funk Capital Of the World album, but it just never paled in comparison and I found myself coming back to Maggot Brain.
