I thought I'd post my favorite Impaler song Wasteland, but can't seem to find a YouTube link, by now, I'd deem that a crime.

Anyway, as a place holder, I say 9/10 on that, Never was a big fan of Steve Miller, but once he mentioned Pink Floyd inspiring him on Arsenio Hall, I re-evaluated my personal assessment

I'll likely add the KINGS in here, their one hit wonder; Switchin' To Glide. Hope you know it if you plan to rate before an edit here....

Groovy. Love the guitar riff, and some badass synth work. But the vocals... eh, not the best.

7.5/10

Lately I've been digging RATM. I've liked them before, but just recently I started expanding my horizon and listening to more of their songs. Tom Morello's guitar work is fantastic, the sounds he manages to produce from that thing are just surreal.

You could say I'm more keen on their notable singles, Not ever been a fan of the style. I still don't disrespect them, I don't see Tom as an exceptional guitarist, considering that style is more akin to punk styling

6/10

I got one of the prime Bryan Adams tracks that got me hooked, it was 1982, I first heard the album titled after this song on an FM radio show playing it in it's entirety, I made a cassette copy and labeled it with my own art, it played many a time subsequently. I finally got a proper cassette of it

7.5/10 : I'd hate to admit it, but I do have a small spot for Bryan Adams; makes me giddy as a schoolgirl.

Just like this track:

I enjoy both those last songs, an 8 and 9 scale rating, lower for Nirvana, since they have better tracks at that final Unplugged, which is sensational by the way!

Comin' up with something not yet posted, More Paul Collin's BEAT

From the same classic album, on CBS Records, BTW

Still touring with live vids from 2011 online, Gotta give him props, here he's interviewed about working musically today;

7/10 - good song, a little dated though. You know, it's totally about...

7.5 out of 10.0. I've never been a big Phil Collins fan.

Too bad, since he's good too, but I'm impressing upon you the artist known as Paul Collins. Not Phil Collins or Phil Collen (of Girl and Def Leppard fame)

Man, you guys need to brush up on your music! Just sayin'!

Sorry for missing a rating, I just saw the need to clarify the mistake quoted ^

8/10 In Flames, kinda NuMetalish compared to when they started out, Missing the DM Vox! haha I like Melodic Metal, it's not a contradiction in terms!!

Rate one more RUSH tune from me;

Vital Signs, 1981

Good tune, Good tune. 8/10.

I actually listened to this sitting around a table playing poker and having a nice drink. Just like in the movie Casino! I love it when a good song from an incredible movie comes on and the scene is similar to that in the movie haha

Limited parts I can enjoy, though not the whole

4/10

UFO also covered Who Do You Love, second most noted one, above The Doors! hahaha

^7/10^

Better then UFO's cover? No way?!? Also, 50 out of 100 is a terrible score, you mean 9.5 on a 10 scale!

Living Color's classic is an easy 8.5 of 10

Here's Smokin' Joe before I go

5/10 Fleetwood Mac's alright, but again, that's another song that's gotten excessive radio play for decades.

Here's a well known song and a famous example of the Hammond B-3 organ put to exceptional use in rock.

Just in reply, Trip is a big fan, so, of course, he'd enjoy your selection.

Blur I saw a VH1 Classic expose on, accounting the history of Brit Pop, I believe, hope you got to or get to see that, they may air it again since they do that a lot.

I'm not much for the new music scenes, though if it's quality music, it's quality music, no matter what era it evolved in

I'd say 6.5/10 above average

Ima get some peeps pissed with ICP, but the song is a good one, Sly Fox cover, and marginally entertaining video along with

Los Santos Pedestrian

Okay but I've never been a real fan of Soundgarden or most grunge bands.

6.5/10

This song took a turn into my head, broke down, and has no sign of escaping (but in a good way)

I'm more familiar with Billy's OTHER hits, I grew up in the era where he was pretty big news, late 70s, early 80s mostly.

Movin' On Out... the song inspired a stage play!

Like Greenday, in a way

I'm not too familiar with that one. Capt. Jack Sparrow?? (Jack Daniels)

I'd say 7.5/10

It's long, but it's not as melodically inspired as some of his others.

Going to counter with MEGADAVE

Stereo, official, however, not the studio version:

As for the low vote on ICP, I don't see them as horrible, they did a great live F* the World at Woodstock '99 if you ask me

While it wasn't bad, its nothing special in my opinion. 5/10

Now I'm gonna post a B-Side track for a change:
