simkas
I tried putting Johnny's (the guy you're gonna play as in The Lost and The Damned) face over Niko's and they fit perfectly on each other, so I decided to make Johnny's jacket too. Then I did some other changes to the face, changed the haircut into a bald one and voila, a full Johnny Klebitz: The jacket replaces the "flight jacket in sand" from that russian shop. I didn't make any new pants, so just wear the ones that you think fit the best. There's also some wierd bug with the normal maps or whatever of the face, which makes some wierd line appear on the top of his head in certain lighting. I have no idea how to fix that. The gloves you see in the pictures are not included, that's another mod which I'll also probably release sometime later. Download link: http://www.sendspace.com/file/pu50ye Installation instructions: Open up playerped.rpf (located in Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages) using whatever tool you like (look in the tools section of editing discussion incase you don't know where to get any); Import all the files included in the archive into it; Be Johnny Klebitz. pinky
I guess you never figured out the alpha thing then, you need to use the alpha channel get rid of the bad specular on the head. I will stick to my own, but nice job anyway.
Gta Guy 108
You know you should try replacing Niko's entire head with Johnny's. I was looking at his model, and it has seperate geometry, so all you would have to do is export the head, then just replace it with Niko's. Until a plugin is avalible for 3ds max or something. I have no idea how to fix that. Problem solved. Reopen your head_000_r.wdr file and re-import the specmap of johnny's head. The file you imported is empty. ^^ EDIT: wtf.. still doesn't work?! .. I'll try to find out what it is. Edited January 2, 2009 by boCa

simkas
I tried to make that leather jacket that you see Johnny wearing in pictures and the trailer of The Lost and The Damned: It doesn't looks as good as the first top, but that's because the only outfit that had a collar like that were the hinterland coats and those don't have any jacket on top of them. kieranxp5
Good discovery on the head texture, using it myself. I also like your first jacket texture, added that, thanks. Been working on my own version, C&C welcome; The under-arm patch reads; T.L.M.C.L.C - The Lost Motorcycle Club Liberty City The addition back patches are based on traditional biker patches, like the iron cross. THIS VIDEO SHOWS IT A BIT BETTER cheers.

simkas
I made this jacket yesterday, its kinda similar to kieranxp5's: I mainly based it of the stuff that you see some biker peds wearing. The back looks kinda stretched, but that's just because it seems that Rockstar were extremely lazy on the uvmap of that model.
Zom-B
This is absolutely incredible, it's really great to see a different face texture fit so well onto Niko's. Obviously we've had problems in the past trying to make Claude, Tommy and CJ look like anyone but themselves, but this is a real success. Excellent work!
