problem is with system requirements lab is that it goes by what the game box\manufacturer states in terms of hardware. You won't know what you are capable of until you purchase the game.

If remember correctly, doesnt the GS range of cards steal system memory for use of video memory. That could be another reason?

post your benchmark for getting real help.

From what I see your low VRAM (gpu memory) is a bottleneck.

steal you should:

1. download driver 180.84 or 181.00

2. install patch.

3. close all programs and give gta high priority in task manager.

4. switch off the movie capture option in manu.

5. programs like: "memturbo" and "catchboost" help handle the game in long time.

6. use in commandline: "-nomemrestrict -norestrictions -novblank "

7. close social club before loading your save file for the first time in game.

8. for slow rigs: keep the draw distance in low (15-20), use medium textures.

try it and post benchmark.
