Wont start

Hello guys.

 

I Have just bought "GTA IV" a couple of days ago and i cant run the game

 

It meets the system requirements, i have installed a couple of patches to the game in the hope that it is gonna work and i even tried to run it from "Rockstar games Social Club" but that didnt worked. I tried to install a graphic driver to but it f*cked up my system and needed to re-install the standard driver.. and now im back to the start, so you see i need help to run the game.

 

And i got Windows XP SP3

 

What is the problem?

Then this error message is popping up.

 

I Know it isnt english.. the language is "Danish" on the error message.. but i think u reconize it

 

So... whats wrong?
