essentially. you do need to export the police uniforms, then import them onto an appropriate template, like the skin for the collared shirt.

It's actually IN a police station. The one with the helicopter on the second island.

 

I've always wondered exactly what it is because I'm pretty sure the person that's always laying down is alive, so it's like they're both confused there's some random lady laying down in the staircase of police headquarters.

 

To the OP, which file did you take the police uniform out of?
