Hi

 

I don't know if it's a bug or an ingame feature I didn't activate.

but once I get to Algonquin I get a phone call from Roman

telling me he's set up a new cab business.

I then call him to get a cab, he says "Ok cousin I send you one."

I see a grey suv coming stoping near me but all

the door are closed, I can get inside.

And every other cab I call after have their door closed.

 

I've already unlocked Roman special hability in Dohan

 

 

has anyone encountered this
