The whole purpose of this is so yu can play offline without the programs required for LANPLAY loading and needlessly eating up system resources and/or stunting the performance of the game.. Canon624 Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 i did a fresh install of GTA, patched it to 1.0.3, added the xlive.dll, put the save into the save folder, launched the game, but the save doesn't show up under the load screen. any help? But if the same thing happens with older versions of the DLL, I don't think it's xlivelsss causing the problem. Uninstall RGSC. You don't need that (or GFWL) installed when you use Xliveless. @Canon624:Make sure its in the right My Documents(not Administrator or Default User). Make sure the DLL version you're using is the right one for the patch your using. 1.0.3.0 uses version 0.95 of the DLL. Other than that I have no idea. @Listener: Why did you skip 0.96? And where is the plugin folder of XLiveless - I couldn't find it. The *.asi Files have to be taken in this plugin folder, or? For example the taxi missions don't work, too. See here http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=408484 I copied the taxi mission files to a folder which was created by myself in the GTA directory.
