Auto-Aim

Not sure to post this in good section and will maybe post into multiplayer one

 

Don't know if here we can have answer from Rockstar but worth a try

 

My problem is about Auto-Aim option

 

It can be disabled for multiplayer server or not

 

I bought a 360 controller with GTA IV and for other games, what I see is :

- Auto-Aim on : ppl leave server coz too slow, ppl cry omg cheater, or else and you end with mad result compared to kb/mouse user // Hard to find ranked server with this ON

 

- Auto-Aim off : I can't really be as fast as kb/mouse user to target so it's my turn to die so obliged to play with kb/mouse which I never did on solo mod and not used to after I finished all story missions. Also if I must go back to kb, just means I wasted my 73€, yes it wasn't only for this game, but kinda sux...

So my question is : Can Keyboard/Mouse user have this fonction avaible too or actually can't ?

Think any futur patch could allow this to make the thing FAIR for ALL ? (I mean add a new key or option you can choose to have auto aim working?)

 

 

Also a 2nd little problem I got is : I can't stop Auto-Aiming when I play with controller, I press LT max it can be, then less and less but it never makes me able to aim alone, just back to normal, and if I press slowly, same, goes directly to auto-aim. I tried set controller again (dunno exact word) on windows option, when says do circle with pad, press this key, etcetc, but didn't helped

I play in auto aim: disabled servers coz I like playing with people who don't need auto aim on....

 

Set the filter for autoaim onto allow or disallow which ever takes ye fancy, and only join them ones.. then tell the ones who moan about autoaim to set they filters to filter out autoaim on,

 

I also would not want someone coming into a server with a controller and been able to bypass the autoaim off if thats what you mean

Not what I want if understanding good what you say

 

I just would like kb user to be able to use auto-aim on auto-aim server (where I got to play if I wanna use my controller) so things are FAIR so they got no reasons to complains anymore and would makes it easier to find ranked server with this option on

 

Till you need some points/multiplayer achievements to unlock some new cloths and mb more things I don't know yet

maybe they will add it someday, but probably sitting they saying if you want to use auto aim then plug in your controller, defeat's the purpose of using a mouse if you press a button to autoaim

Well auto aim isn't going obligatory good place, if ppl run you still need adjust to touch the person or hit head for example, so mouse still got his use
