The resulting opl have wrong format.

And I'm sure that original ipl doesn't have empty coordinates and rotation.

So check the way how you convert between ipl and opl formats.

After downloading openiv 2.0, and double clicking to run the set up i get this message:

"The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. ..."

I'm running windows 8.1 and i tried running has an admin and making it a trusted file, I even re-installed all my window c++ programs (thats the instruction i got when i searched the error) and all with no luck. I even downloaded an old version of openiv and when I run the setup same error.

OpenIV 2.1

Today we are proud to release OpenIV 2.1. This is the first version with Continuous Navigation – a new way to interact with archives. Continuous Navigation gives you ability to navigate through archives continuously just like regular folders. This new experience allows you to navigate faster through archives and inner archives that presented in large quantities in GTA V.

As for Grand Theft Auto V support, we have added two big features. Now you are able to view XFT Models and finally you have all features to edit and create RPF7 archives for GTA V.

Here is the way I did: Download GTAV PS3 ISO from the Internet, extract it.

But, I sure here is also another ways exist.

JoeLeonetti

Hi its GiovanniHo

Basically the problem is when i want to change the Police2 car to something else in GTA 4. everytime i click on the Police2 wft or wfd to view the car i get an error message. a blue box appears It says it ran into an error it couldn't handle and then underneath that its saying EZCompression Error. buffer error. then some options like go to website, international forum, russian forum. copy error information and record steps to reproduce error. For some reason OpenIV cant read the police2 file when modded. Then when I went to play LCPDFR the moment I pressed alt+P the game crashed and give me the Fatal Error ZLIB20. I then uninstalled OpenIV and used SparkIV and it worked. Thats all the information I can give you at the moment.

Thanks

I had swapped out Noose, Nstockade, Police, and Fbi....I know it is not a issue with the cars, as I used SparkIV to insert them with no issues...As soon as I try with OpenIV...No cars in EFLC...I have to revert to a backup copy of my vehicles.img...

If you have this error in game this is mean you definitely have corrupted file, so that's why OpenIV also can't open it.

The main question is how did you get this file corrupted?

For example i use this picture to replace "diamond_lights" of "Super Diamond" in TBOGT.

If there is still any information you need, please tell me:)

Thanks!

After trying to change police for a new car, I went into EFLC and absolutely no cars....Reverted to a backup vehicles.img and went back into EFLC...Works fine....So I tried to reinstall the vehicles that I have been using for the past several months with no problems, from their .RAR files for PSTOCKADE,NSTOCKADE,NOOSE,FBI, and POLICE2 thinking that it was POLICE that was causing the corruption....again thru OPENIV...Again in EFLC absolutely no vehicles. Can't spawn any vehicle either via the trainer either.

So I reverted back to the backup vehicle.img (thankfully I use copy/paste) and tested again.....no issues in EFLC albiet with older cars that I no longer want to use....So I opened SPARKIV and inserted all the vehicles I wanted thru that...back into EFLC and everything is perfect......immediately backed up the .img file....

Opened OPENIV to insert some new skins on POLICE.....go into EFLC still fine.....backup .img file....go into EFLC/TBOGT vehicle.img and export the buffalo (both WTD and WFT files) renamed them to comet....Insert them via OPENIV and go into EFLC...again no cars....So my conclusion is that it is not a specific vehicle that is causing the corruption of the vehicle.img rather the replacing of vehicles in general in OPEN IV...Textures are not problem...just models...

Having the same bug, and I know another guy on lcpdfr.com who also have it. We replace a vehicle in vehicles.img, go in-game and there's no traffic at all. If you want to spawn any car, the trainer will freeze, and no car will spawn. Please fix this.

This is happening to me as well. I use OPENIV to change the vehicles.img but when i go in game there is no traffic and it just causes the game to eventually crash. I reverted back to SPARKIV until this is sorted. I just hope next time we get the choice of weather to upgrade or stay with what we got. 2.0 was perfect!

But I have the Original GTA V for PS3 and what I wanted to really know how to extract the files because the truth do not know the method

The other method I know is to download the ISO for PS3 GTA V and extract it on PC but I want to see the files of the DLCs

I would like to know the first method I said about how to extract the files from the original disc thus PS3 so lose less time

1.How to extract it from disk to PC

2 Do I need a key Bin PS3?
