Can we please have modloader for GTA IV?

Thre is one by Zolika but it doesn't work on 2020 ce build.

During update installation, OpenIV crashes right at this moment. Running Windows 11 Home. 10.0.22000 Build 22000, on a x64 Acer Nitro AN517-51 with 8GB RAM.

I can write that I had a problem with updating to openiv when the premiere version 4.1 was released I ran openiv as always and it detected a new version, started to download it and suddenly the window disappeared .... like a bug / crash when I tried to turn on openiv again, it downloaded again but it did not finish work but when I did it the next day, it downloaded correctly, updated the program and openiv started correctly for me when new versions were released, up to 4.1 with amendments, e.g. the newest one with the added Polish language and the previous ones they all installed correctly for me the first time and everything works. I only had a problem with installing the update to the premiere version 4.1. I have not had any problems before, e.g. with 4.0 or earlier versions, to download, update and run them. maybe it's something related to the update server? I don't know if anything was changing. or too many people want to download updates at one time and therefore keep downloading, updating and installing? I do not know
