Posted December 27, 2008 Share Posted December 27, 2008 In SA you could to mod your car in the game and when you mods your car there was a file which calld "CarMods" and in IV there is this file too But in it there is only Admiral and the same cods as in SA , why is that? or for what? Like you have the normal Sultan, then the Sultan RS and other cars that ave been modded. So maybe that's the reason?
