ObsessedWithGTA4
Re-flash the bios. Use award bios flash utility via Floppy Disk, assuming is uses award. Make a ms-dos floppy start up disk. Right click on the floppy drive, format, create ms-dos startup. Then on another floppy drive put the new bios file (something.bin) and AWDFLASH.exe (get it from your MB driver CD) Boot the PC and after post it will go to command prompt. After you have A:\ at the screen, remove the ms-dos startup disk and put the bios/award flash floppy in and type. awdflash.exe \f It will load awdflash.exe and you input the bios name and click enter, no, yes, and it will flash. Volia /f is code for FORCE. So you can force bios flash to new/old bios. If you have 2x1 gigs of ram, try removing one stick and booting with that. ObsessedWithGTA4
You will need to make the floppy's on another PC. My method doesn't require loading the Bios Menu. Have you tried resetting CMOS? Its a little jumper on the MB near the power switch connectors. It will say CLR_CMOS. Move that jumper to the left or right covering the currently uncovered pin. Boot the PC and wait 30 seconds, shut down, reboot. Edited December 27, 2008 by ObsessedWithGTA4

toxic 1
this is taken from your manual From GIGABYTE's website, download the latest compressed BIOS update file that matches your motherboard model. 2. Extract the file and save the new BIOS file (e.g. 45tud3lr.f1) to your floppy disk, USB flash drive, or hard drive. Note: The USB flash drive or hard drive must use FAT32/16/12 file system. 3. Restart the system. During the POST, press the <End> key to enter Q-Flash. Note: You can access Q-Flash by either pressing the <End> key during the POST or pressing the <F8> key in BIOS Setup. However, if the BIOS update file is saved to a hard drive in RAID/AHCI mode or a hard drive attached to an independent IDE/SATA controller, use the <End> key during the POST to access Q-Flash. ObsessedWithGTA4
Here is the most current bios - http://download1.msi.com.tw/files/download...exe/7512v15.zip Extract that .zip and put.... AFUD4234.exe and A75IMS.150 on one, freshly formatted floppy. Make a MS-DOS boot disk and do what I said to do but replace awdflash.exe with AFUD4234.exe If AFUD4234.exe doesn't work, I will find you awdflash.exe to try that. This is why I only buy ASUS boards! You can also try removing the memory all together and see if you can enter bios., however, obviously, Windows won't boot.

ObsessedWithGTA4
Sorry, your going to need a floppy to flash using AWDFLASH.exe It is a primitive method but the safest way to do things. You can buy a Floppy Drive for $10-20 locally, after your done, just return it.

ObsessedWithGTA4
With today's motherboards and bios' you cant mess it up. It's fine and in my opinion the only proper way to flash a bios is from a floppy and awdflash you can probably flash with awdflash with a flash drive.
