OK i created now commandline.txt and with the text in and put it to the gta iv main directory, but there is no change, the problem is still there, and i have no problem to get into the main menu ! i have a problem to get into the game! when im starting the first mission (the cousins bellic) then its loading endless!

Well I seem to have a similer problem with my gta, anyway start a singel player game you will hear a music(while loading). After the music stops, just eject your game disc and it should continue loading.

I hope this works out for you, it's a shame if someone buys an orignal game can't play it.

I still have the game randomly do this on the odd occasion, although it usually works.

Try starting up the social club application first, then run GTA from the desktop shortcut once the social club is running. This is how I do it, and the command line only works for me when I do this.

I have a friend who was suffering from the same problem (he's not online here AFAIK). I told him the same thing, but haven't heard back if it worked or not.

Also make sure to get the GTA4 drivers for your card at www.nzone.com (uninstall old drivers before installing the new ones).
