2 - I may reside on the Thirteenth Floor. - - This is a reference to the film, The Thirtheenth Floor in which a virtual world is created as a kind of game, of which someone discovers. This clue was supposed to hint towards the fact that the answer is, like in the film, the whole system that all charecters reside in. does that make sense?

After your explanation it makes sense and I see the connection to GTA IV, but its a weak one. It kind of throws you in a different direction.

yeah i kind of realised that after posting the next clue, and it's against the rules (i think) to edit out a clue so i left it in. You know how it is, you think of something at the time but then realise its not as good as you thought tounge.gif

Since I am not going to be on again for the 24hr deadline, here is my next clue, (and a few clue's edited):

 

1. I am an American.

2. Unlike some of my other counterparts, I have never been able to seperate or reattach.

3. I can be found 'wearing' an extinct brand.

4. Have you been Habouring a Grudge?

Yankee is the correct answer and I agree, it would be more fair to give it to Cilogy. icon14.gif

 

 

1. I am an American. Yankee is a nickname for Americans.

2. Unlike some of my other counterparts, I have never been able to seperate or reattach. The cab and trailer has never been seperable, unlike other trucks in previous games.

3. I can be found 'wearing' an extinct brand. One of the companies on the truck's sides is Binco in GTA IV - this clothing brand isn't available in IV but is available in SA.

4. Have you been Habouring a Grudge? This is the truck you steal in Habouring a Grudge.

 

 

My next clues were going to be:

 

5. I am a real-life baseball team.

6. I am a vehicle.

Yes, that is answer I was looking for. Some of you guys guessed yellow mission markers or blue markers, but I was looking for red target markers specifically.

 

ANSWER: The red target marker that shows you who to kill.

 

# I have the same appearance most of the time - always red unless it is an optional kill, in which case it is flashing

# I show you what to do - to kill the target(s)

# There may be several like me at the same time - there may be several targets

# You will see me during missions only - always

 

That was pretty quick; didn't even get to my second set of clues. I should have gone with the other thing I thought of. rolleyes.gif

That's exactly why I always pass. I check here fairly often, but I just know something will make me not show up. Especially since my HDD is starting to fail me.
