2 - east/west - - The tunnel goes from East to West and vice versa

3 - South - - It's located to the south

4 - Although i am close, Playboy X can't see me Nor can Helicopters...usually - - I'm talking during "Deconstruction for beginners". From PBX's vantage point, he can't see the actual tunnel, and short of flying into the tunnel, helis won't often either.

5 - "Going Underground" - - it's a tunnel

6 - "40.705202, -74.016615" - Google holds the answer - - I originally posted these clues backwards because i thought it was too obvious. Apparently not. Type these numbers into Google (maps)....
