Well this has got me really confused. All Roman really says in the first mission is drive us to our place on Mohawk, and recommends you stay in Hove Beach.

Possibilities if I can be cheeky and have more than one try:

 

Below (and behind) him in the first encounter there is a public car park (features in "Bryce's Infernus" mission)

 

Second encounter there is a sex shop (features in "Do you have protection?") but that's on Delaware not Iroquois.

 

There's a dry cleaners below his place on Wappinger but that doesn't feature in a mission.
