2. My user isn't my owner. Despite Bernie was living there, the apartment belonged to the city.

3. Niko visited Bernie's apartment three times.

4. The repairmen are working fast in this part of town. During first visit Niko opened the door by destroying the door frame. In the next cutscene the door are closed, so door frame had to be repaired.

5. My entrance doesn't exactly fit to my interior. Interior of the apartment looks nice. The corridor leading to Bernie's door looks messy with some pipes hanging from the wall.

6.I'm not a seaport or construction site. You can find crane inside.

7. Do you wanna see me? You'll have to do something first. You have to complete a lot of missions to find Bernie's flat.

8. Only Niko can see me, but Luis may know my user. Only Niko works with Bernie, but Bernie mentions Luis on the Stubbs bug line in TLaD.

9. If you'll visit me, you'll get something. Dawkins' Infernus.

10.I waited for so long only to find this? Niko wasn't exactly happy when he finally found Bernie.
