2. I am barley usable. - They can be found in piles of rubbish around the city and in the 2 porn shops.

 

Or flowers?

1. Same as above.

2. They can't be used at all in IV.

Spray paint cans?

You could use it as a weapon/use it to cover gang graffiti in SA but the only thing you can use it for in IV is an object that can be thrown.
