do you think with the hot coffee controversy awhile back, they'll ever release mod tools for this game?

 

i don't think there will be official support for modding since there are near-naked models in the game and the sex animations is already in the game. some of the dance moves are the exact motion one would go through during fellatio or missionary sex.

 

i know of open iv and other 3rd party tools, but will the possibilities be limited to texture editing or can, for example, different clothing options be made available for niko?

 

so far i have not seen a single mod that changed anything beyond editing a few lines in the word files for bigger explosions, different gameplay variables.

 

all very tame and all very limited.

your going on the assuption people need modding tools from the creator to make mods for it.

 

everygame has mods, dev supported or not.

look at SA-MP no tools released to create it, and they modded the game way beyond anything people had done before.
