I can't say I've ever played where something on a sim would dissapear or look odd. Then again, the Sims 3 is going to focus more on what you can do with the sims life other than spending most of your time going to do the basics like cooking/hygiene/life skills. Well its not going to be in The Sims 3! Good news. It's still going to be the good old serial code for the game. You wont need to activate anything online before you play either. EA arn't as bad as everyone makes out them to be. People make them out to be this big evil corparation. But really there not, there just doing what any decent bussiness does and try as much as they can to make money. If you look at the the sims 2 expansion packs there is no maxis logo anywhere on the box. it has been like this since seasons. Although you could make a 'homeless' looking guy and then make him a shack or something with nothing in. Then just give him attributes like a homeless person, hell you could even make him steal! The console versions for both The Sims and The Sims 2 blew hard. Sure the controls were pretty neat, but the presentation and the lifespan of the game wasn't up to par with the PC version.
