Here's an update -- Gamespot released something just the other day ( I would of posted sooner but PC problems ) it goes into detail about life goals, and shows about 3 new pictures. You know when your at your house or in a park or somewhere where's there's grass, you can click on it and it will say 'dig for treasure' well if you do that, you find secret maps for each of the holiday places. One map you find is the secret location of where Big Foot is. 'Stay on the log and win' is when your at the camping place, and on some places you walk to you have those big logs in the middle of the water..basically you have to beat a sim at that as in, your sim rolls the log trying to get the other person off while they have to stay on themselves. Here's a couple of updates, new pictures and such. I've only just gotten a chance to look since my PC is now in repair and I'm on a laptop. Two new CAS screens. IGN have put an article up as well featuring 3 new screens and also a new video. They talk about the AI and how even when you leave them alone they can take care of themselves. Interesting video. All I know that might help a little bit is the fact that you won't be focusing much on the day to day things, you know like eating/toilets/washing/sleeping that kind of thing. zeppelincheetah Posted March 24, 2009 Share Posted March 24, 2009 i have the sims 1 and all of its expansions. i started playing the sims 1 a bit late - 2002 I think. when The Sims 2 came out 2 years later i wasn't ready. when i say "I" I really should say we. it's a family game that's bought for the whole family to play. between me, my brother, my sister and my mom we've all bought the collection. my mom never played it because she's not into videogames but me and my two siblings were all hooked on it. we finally jumped on the Sims 2 bandwagon in like 2006 or so. we have University, Nightlife, Pets and Seasons. my sister got tired of it then my brother got tired of it and finally i got tired of it. i don't know if i can get back into it again. the way i always end up playing is as a womanizer lol. i try to have as many girlfriends as possible and try to cheat on my wife while she's in the other room or at work. another reason i stopped playing it is because it got really glitchy and annoying to play. like the torso would be all distorted or invisible or the arms would look awkward.
