I think I have now. My current Sim is a fat, long haired, band manger with aspirations of becoming a rock star. I do have a question though how do you buy empty lots and build a house from scratch? It says in the manual you can do it after the tutorial? I'm also a little disappointed there isn't a separate mode like 1 and 2 where you can just create a household and not worry about completing challenges, or whatever. I'm on the PS3 btw. The best thing about TS3 is the fact that theres no more load screens when you travel off your lot and you can actually visit your neighbors with out being invited... Probably not, I'm not a big animal lover irl, I have The Sims 2 Pets but it never really appealed to me. I can't wait for a business expansion. Have any ever had your Sims uncontrollable and the portraits on the left side of the screen don't show your Sims face? I had this today and there's no way of fixing at the minute. Law0070 Posted July 14, 2011 Share Posted July 14, 2011 k, probably first and last time i post in this topic, i'm not really that much of a sim-fanatic, i recently got the sims 3, played it a few hours, deleted it...the sims 1 was fun (i got to admit), but the sims 3 on the other hand, nah...it's not like you can do everything you want, it has goals, challenges that HAVE to be completed, sims 1 was cool IMO cause you just got a plot of land with a small house and had to make your way up all by yourself never tried sims 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was working on some achievements (X360) not too long ago. To get the Public Menace achievement, I created a new family containing Claude Speed. I'll try to get a pic soon. He used to be promoted every week haha. But I was just a couple of days from reaching Level 10 and I deleted The Sims. I had enough of it really. I didn't find it fun, it was boring, yet I wanted to reach level 10 but gave up. Maybe the save file is still in my laptop, probably not though. I have all the expansions, and I just started a fresh game, and opted for an apartment in Late Night. I never even really noticed I could just move into an apartment, since I am so trained to find a small sh*t hole house and build on it. I'm enjoying apartment life. It actually takes me back to my real life apartment years. I have never ever used a cheat(going all the way back the original sims), and I like how apartment life seems a bit cheaper and easier. I'm a sims fan, since The Sims 1, and I think The Sims 3 is the best because it has personality traits and a open neighborhood which grows with you! But I don't like the sims appearance very much, they seems to have all the same face tripmills maybe it's because The Sims doesn't have closeted homosexuals like in real life But thing I can say for sure is that those sims turn out to be gays very easily, just after some flirt a macho man is a lady!! In The Sims 2 there was a cheat to adjust the "level" of homosexuality but I don't know if there is a cheat like this for The Sims 3!! lol232 Posted August 14, 2011 Share Posted August 14, 2011 This is a very nice game, First Sims i played was "The Sims Deluxe" No I have The Sims "Complete Collection" haha, It has all Expansion packs, The Sims Deluxe Bonus Content (Content not downloadable from anywhere, it has The Sims Creator, and Some Romanian Theme Stuff, Sci-Fi Theme Stuff and "Modern" theme stuff), And Bonus Content from The Sims Double Deluxe (Downloadable from official The Sims site, unfortunately, It's Dead D:, It has Asian and African Theme Stuff). Anyways, if someone still plays The Sims 1, does anybody play Superstar? How do I get "The Sim's Choice Award"? Cida Melo, I made a Claude Speed in The Sims 3 once . This will forever be the map I use when I play TheSims from now on. I really wish TheSims had the drive around feature like SC4 (or even Street of SC), because - how much fun would it be to drive around this map with all the different sim activities going on around.
