I had no idea you could go into that kind of detail in the sims. It must have taken a long time, especially on the jerky and glitchy Create a World tool. That sh*t is f*cking awesome. And i'm not too surprised it took 1.5 years for that. Re creating SA will take a small army. Same with LC too... Still though that VC remake is top f*cking notch. For Sims 2 I have Bon Voyage, Pets, Seasons, University, Open for Business, and Nightlife, but I lost the manual for the base game so I can't install it on my new computer. For Sims 3 I have Ambitions, but I really want Generations and Pets. Medieval also sounds pretty cool, but that's a separate game altogether. I'm a Sims addict. But hey, that's EA for you they can get away with it since people will buy them. I think when I'm back in the UK I'm going to catch up on the expansions. My favourite Sims 2 was University. Slingaa Posted July 2, 2011 Share Posted July 2, 2011 I've been thinking about buying The Sims 3 for a while now, but I have all of the Sims 2 Expansion and Stuff Packs, so I didn't know if it was worth it. Last week I borrowed The Sims 3 Vanilla from my mate and it's bloody brilliant. I love the additions of traits and moodlets and how you can zoom out, look around the neighborhood, then zoom back in. World Editor or something like that... Its wonky but you can use it to make awesome worlds like the Dev team. @Slingaa: You gonna get Pets when it comes out later this year? sh*t looks awesome... The best thing about TS3 is the fact that theres no more load screens when you travel off your lot and you can actually visit your neighbors with out being invited... Probably not, I'm not a big animal lover irl, I have The Sims 2 Pets but it never really appealed to me. I can't wait for a business expansion. EDIT: Does anyone know a good Sims forum?
