yep my system is tip top of the line, and i said i upgrade every time i build for someone you see i sell them my old hardware and i get the next thing out, been doing this for over 10 freaking years, and yes they have better systems then most on here, if i spend anything it's only about 200 dollors at a time, just got the new x58 evga i7 965 right there is about 1,300 something dollors. 6 gigs of fast memory that is about 450 dollors, not even going to get in to the other stuff, but it's worth about 5 to 8 grand for a whole set up like this.

That alone is cause for a forced recall or refunds let alone a class action suit...but a class action suit on a $50 product where no one was harmed/injured/killed will be a losing propisition financailly....what we need is a civil litigator who is a gamer and is pissed off and will do it pro-bono (and does not mean a U2 fan) ...you got to remember they said it could run on this
