Still no second patch confirmed from rockstar?

*Back on topic* Issues I rekon to still be addressed is multiplayer. Sometimes trying to connect to a multiplayer game, it kicks you, the "error message" then behind this is, your pc is running to slow, and then you can no longer connect to that server again (I dont know the percentage of users having this problem)

 

 

 

my friends and I are having that problem, need it fixed now.

core 2 duo e8400 OC'd to 3.8ghz

4870 512mb oc'd to 790/1100

4gb DDR2 PC2-8500+

 

yeh i know its not top spec, but frame rate drops should not be happening there is something essentially wrong with the way the games engine works imo,

 

it does the same on my xbox slight slow downs then speed ups makes it feel like your driving a car attached to a bungee rope.

 

if they could sort the sound problems out i'd be semi happy i've played worse.

Now that I'm home and have been playing GTA IV for PC the entire weekend on my own system, I actually tip my hat to Rockstar. The game hasn't had a single problem and it looks stunning. Because I'm in South Africa and the internet is sh*t I haven't been able to test the online play, but LAN was awesome. No patch needed for me.

yeah, let's all move to South Africa then, maybe we'll be able to get the game working over there...

and if it still doesn't work I'm sure South Africa itself is a lot like GTA, so why have the game when we'll get to live the experience!!
