Cheetah vs. Stinger

Dang that's a hard choice. You know how GTA vehicles are based on real life vehicles? What's the real life version of the Cheetah and Stinger again and are those pictures 2007/2008 versions of the Stinger/Cheetah?

 

I had to choose the Stinger because I sometimes like to drive in vehicles that has the top down.

The Stinger I believe is modeled after the Shelby Cobra. Though the older video games its hard to tell because of the graphics. But I believe if they did bring the stinger back it would be modeled after the Cobra. That is if they decided to bring back a classic american muscle car, or go with a newer modern body style. But I think the game is already flooded with modern cars they should atleast make the stinger a throwback.

 

And the Cheetah is modeled after the Ferrari Testarossa.. And I absolutely loved that car in SA. Though, I wish IV stuck with the ferrari F-40 for the Turismo, instead of the 430.

Yeah the Cheetah is awesome in GTA: San Andreas. I googled Shelby Cobra and omg wow. I would love to drive these in GTA: 4.

Yea theyre badass cars.. Come 500 HP stock. Theyve been known to have faster times than the corvette Z06 and dodge viper. And even some Ferrari's.

 

 

I love the aggressive look they have to them.

Yea it was.. But I think it was modeled after the like 92-93 Corvette. It was converitble only though.

I'd have to say Phoenix...Seriously, it was in Vice City and San Andreas and I loved it so much.

The stinger although, was in GTA One through Vice City. Quite a long legacy. I'd also prefer it over the Cheetah, which only appeared in GTA Three through San Andreas and was just a generic sports car.

 

Other cars I'd like to see are the Mesa, little jeep wrangler, which was in GTA Vice City and San Andreas, the Deluxo, which is some sporty little hatchback from Vice City, The Kuruma which is the first car you drive in GTA Three, and the Bullet from San Andreas...

Oh, also I'm expecting a stock Buffalo, since there is a billboard advertising it on the first island...

The KITT car would be AWESOME in GTA... OMG I remember watching that show always wanting one of those.. Its funny because I got an all black hardtop banshee (dodge viper) in one of my parking spaces and I call it the KITT car.. LOL. I want one of those soo bad.

It's not confirmed, it was part of a bunch of "info" without any source whatsoever it seems.

Well, it's from the topic about the "leaked" DLC info from VGA, which I assume is still accurate. I'm hoping for more cars though, like the original Buffalo, and maybe the ZR-350

Id like to know too. I hear these people coming off as if its a fact, So then I go around saying it too because I believed them. Someone needs to show a source of proof or stop spouting off that rumor. Itd be great if it were true, but itd be lame getting in the game only to realize youll never end up getting one.

The Banshee was the Corvette, the Stinger was a Ferrari I believe.

Na its definetly not the Dodge Viper.. Stinger was the corvette and the banshee was the dodge viper.

 

 

 

Same kind of bodystyle and similar tail lights. But with rockstar they like to breed their cars with one another so you never know.
