Black out

Hey everybody.

 

I have this problem.

When I launch the game, press play, after the loading screen everything just blacks out, monitor turns into stand by mode, and the game is not responding.

If I wait about 15seconds and don't close gta with Task Manager, my computer restarts.

 

I tried changing graphics, reinstalled all drivers, nothing helps.

 

I've HD4870 512MB, Phenom 8750, Vista Ultimate 64bit and I'm sure that this isn't a hardware problem, because I bought my PC just about 1 month ago and everything else is running smooth without any errors.

 

So anyone else have problem like this? Any ideas? Appreciate any help.
