I'm not seeing 15-25 anywhere ingame. I don't get why everyone acts like the benchmark is such a lie. On my old PC, i had an "average fps - 18" in the benchmark, and that's where it ran most of the time in game with the fraps fps meter. This time, the game still runs 30+ everywhere.

But I don't have 17 in rain tounge.gif.

The entire game is making me more and more happy every second I play it. Definitly best game I have ever played. Enabling the "P" blur is a necesity, as is 100% traffic, and it isn't really necessary to have view distance any higher than 50. It's just an FPS hog more than anything.

Every time someone says they are pleased and post a benchmark or a screenshot

some dill fart pops in and has to be the first person to respond, and do it saying" ewww that's uggly"

punks need to put up or shut up.

to the op

you get awesome fps. I would love to see some action screenshots

of that thing in game.. see you online.

btw all u guys know that this game is very CPU based???.... So the same results with different videocards doesnt mean the 2 cards are performing just as good... your talking about a benchmark testing your RIG and not only your videocard... so "High" :

Thank you for showing me i don't need to buy a 9800 GTX+.

i get the exact same result on a 9600GT

you think your 9600GT is just as good as a 9800 GTX+ ? think again bud.

yes people can take that for a fact after considering my benchmark of roughly

ingame fps can drop down to 10-15. the benchmark above is only from memory since i dont have the file on this computer but it's pretty accurate. i also tested it on a 17" screen at 1280x1240 at 60Hz and it made little difference. at the most 5fps gain, but visually it was not really any noticeable difference so the 24" high resolution i normally play at does not seem to matter too much.

if you have a supernew videocard and fps like 10 - 15 - 20 ingame... its prolly ur old CPu thats causing it

that's what i figure. HOWEVER my processor is still not super old. maybe 1½ years? still amd 5600+ 2,8GHz dual core. still don't think its fair to have fps drop to 10-15 at some points. i bet if i played a game like crysis that would never happen.
