cleo trobble

when i put cleo (auto installer) in my gta sa directory , it doesn't do anything at all

i dubble click the link on my desktop and i hear my disc rotate , but that's it , it stops rotating after 10 seconds

, i used the patch to make my gta sa modable (i don't know what version it is now , but SAMI works perfect and so does "gta sa crazy trainer" )

 

pls help me i'm not a good modder (i know , so what i'm doing here)

 

but i'd like to be able to use some cleo mods
