I googled "GTA IV graphic tweak" and found few sites which contain my instruction word by word with my screenshots but in every page this tweak is signed by different author. The motion blur I don't use so is there a way to make this just for the shadows? Maybe if I like it I'll keep it on and impress my friend w/ this over the PS3 version. Do you have it on a website where you can claim it to be your modification? If not, do it now so you can make sure to be credited for it. That sucks when people don't credit. It'd be great if you ever thought of getting into the game industry, you may be able to say, I improved GTA4's blur and crappy shadows/transparent sprites.
